Customs & Duties

Lost or Damaged Packages

We want every package to arrive safely. If something goes wrong:

  • Lost packages β€” Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Damaged items β€” Take photos of the damage and email us immediately. We’ll ship a replacement within 48 hours β€” no need to return the damaged item first.
  • Wrong item received β€” Let us know within 48 hours. We’ll send the correct item and cover all return shipping.
